Membership Levels & Pricing

Each property type offers different membership tiers based on land size, accommodations, and investment levels.

🔹 RV & Camping Memberships

🏡 Cabin Membership – $100,000 + $5,000 annual dues
🚐 RV Pad Membership – $75,000 + $3,500 annual dues
🏕 Camping Dome Membership – $50,000 + $2,500 annual dues

🔹 Luxury Residential Retreat Memberships

🏠 Haven Legacy Membership – $200,000 for full access + 30% equity share of resort revenue
🏠 Haven Guardian Membership – $150,000 for luxury accommodations and ownership stake
🏠 Haven Voyager Membership – $100,000 for shared ownership and emergency preparedness

🔹 Undeveloped Land Memberships

🌴 1/2 Acre Land Membership – $50,000
🌴 1 Acre Land Membership – $100,000
🌴 1 Acre Premium Land Membership – $150,000

All land memberships include equity in the resort business, emergency access, and the ability to develop a custom safe haven home.


Investment & Passive Income

Can I rent out my Safe Haven property when I’m not using it?

Yes! Each property type is designed to generate passive income through short-term and long-term vacation rentals. Safe Haven Resorts offers property management services to handle bookings, maintenance, and guest services for you.

Do I own my land or home?

✔️ Undeveloped Land Members receive a deeded lot.
✔️ RV & Camping Members own their designated pad or cabin.
✔️ Luxury Residential Members have shared or full ownership of the property.

All members also receive equity ownership in the Safe Haven business, which grows in value as properties are developed and revenue increases.


Emergency Preparedness & Security

What happens if a natural or man-made disaster occurs?

All Safe Haven properties are equipped with:
✔️ Emergency food & water supplies
✔️ Backup power sources (solar, generators, battery storage)
✔️ Security personnel and protective services
✔️ Medical supplies & response teams

Members have priority access to their Safe Haven in the event of a crisis.

How do I get to my Safe Haven property in an emergency?

✔️ RV Members can drive directly to their secure retreat.
✔️ Island Members will have chartered boat & seaplane transport available from designated locations.
✔️ Luxury Residential Members can travel via private vehicles or arranged transport.

How do I become a member?

3️⃣ Complete Your LOI – Sign a Letter of Intent to secure your spot.
4️⃣ Join the Waiting List – Once we reach 70% membership capacity, development begins!

Are there financing or payment plan options?

Yes! Members can choose to pay upfront or enroll in monthly installment plans with equity share benefits.
